Anastasia Leonova is a gallerist, art manager and curator, currently based in Ukraine. She received her bachelor’s degree in sociological research and later MA in Art history with a focus on Photography. In 2014 she opened a small independent art gallery of contemporary art in Kharkiv. Space also works as a platform for alternative education, where she regularly organized lectures, workshops and music concerts. In 2017 Anastasia became co-founder of the Publishing House “IST”, which specializes in non-fiction texts and researches on curatorial practices in Europe and art practices in Ukraine. Zines and photography art books are also in the focus of Publishing House.
