Nachleben
The exhibition explores the sonic archive of a dying landscape, making the nonhuman
sounds from within dead spruces in the Harz region audible and tangible. By transforming
these recordings into electrical impulses and resonant bodies, the installation challenges
our perception of life, matter, and ecology. Positioned at the intersection of sound art and
speculative natural philosophy, it invites visitors to explore new forms of listening.

Die Ausstellung erforscht das Klangarchiv einer sterbenden Landschaft und macht
nonhumane Klänge aus dem Inneren abgestorbener Fichten im Harz hör- und spürbar.
Durch die Umwandlung dieser Aufnahmen in elektrische Impulse und Resonanzkörper
hinterfragt die Installation unsere Wahrnehmung von Leben, Materie und Ökologie. An der
Schnittstelle von Soundart und spekulativer Naturphilosophie lädt sie dazu ein, neue
Formen des Zuhörens zu erkunden.
