My current work explores the meaning of mythology and the competing myths that inform our contemporary life. I am in the beginning and therefore focused on creation myths from Christian, Greek and scientific explanations. This path has led me to study physics and mathematical theories on chaos, the big bang and quantum mechanics. I am attempting to depict visually and artistically the nature of chaos and the first images of the universe’s existence. Chaos and order are the concurrent themes which I am weaving into a new mythology to illuminate how we see, how we came to be.
