TAKT KUNSTPROJEKTRAUM situated in Berlin is an independent art project including TAKT ARTIST RESIDENCY, the galleries TAPIR and POSSUM, TAKT ACADEMY and a program of EVENTS Takt aims to create a creative hub for artists new to Berlin, to to foster their energies, promote international artistic exchange and introduce to our vibrant and exciting city.
The RESIDENCY PROGRAM is 3 months of artist critiques, life drawing, artist talks, Berlin studio visits, guided gallery and city tours, german classes and a curated group exhibition.
Beside the residency program there will be enough time to work and explore on your own.
TAKT KUNSTPROJEKTRAUM, is an independent arts organisation situated in Berlin, which incorporates TAKT ARTIST RESIDENCY, TAPIR and POSSUM galleries, TAKT ACADEMY and a program of art-related EVENTS. Takt provides a creative hub for artists who are new to Berlin, with the aim of fostering their creative energies, promoting international artistic exchange, and introducing international artists to our vibrant and exciting city.
The RESIDENCY PROGRAM is composed of 3 month programme of artist-led critiques, artist talks, Berlin studio visits, guided gallery and city tours, life drawing classes and German language classes. All participating Takt residency artists take part in a curated group exhibition at the end of their stay. Alongside the residency program, there is also time for artists to pursue their own work and explore ideas independently.
